Your kind, tax-deductible contribution will help Colorado service members, veterans, and their families with rent/mortage, utilities, home and car repairs, child care, groceries, and other essential life expenses. Our administrative overhead is less than 14%, according to our 2012 audit, meaning 87 cents of every dollar you donate will go to aid and programs. Our clients are vetted to verify military service and financial need and our grants are usually paid directly to the vendor such as the landlord or utility company. By helping our clients meet basic, essential needs like housing, utilities, and other vital expenses, we help them maintain their dignity and strengthen families which in turn helps prevent divorce, suicide, bankruptcies, and other family crises and tragedies.
